Montair Elementary

Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year! I am honored to be joining the Montair family as your principal.  I have been involved in the field of education for over 27 years, wearing many hats.  My core roles have been as an elementary and middle school teacher, and most recently as an elementary and middle school vice principal in Pleasanton.  I bring my passion for life-long learning to my daily interactions with our students.

I look forward to continuing our vision at Montair Elementary, which is to foster a community where no student or staff wants to leave, where all students feel supported and inspired by their teachers and all adults on campus, where every student feels cherished and challenged, supported, respected, and seen. Montair is a community that actively searches for ways to foster belongingness and success for all. 

We can make this vision a reality for our students by building our community together. I encourage you to get involved in whatever way you are able.  Throughout the year, we will have many opportunities for your involvement. Your presence means a lot to our students and staff.
