Montair School depends on parents to lend "helping hands" in a variety of ways. Your involvement benefits both your child and Montair.
MONTAIR YARD/LUNCHROOM DUTY
Volunteering for Noontime Yard Duty is incredibly important for the safety of our children on the play yard. If you are interested in volunteering, you must have signed up through our Volunteer Management System. Then come by and sign in at the office and check in with the office staff.
Yard Duty Procedures:
1. When you arrive for duty, please go to the office and sign or initial by your name in the Yard Duty Binder and select a vest and lanyard to wear before going to the lunchroom. Duties begin in the MPR area before moving onto the play yard. Jan Espinoza our administration TSA will help assign areas for you to monitor.
2. Lunch begins at 12 in the MPR, moved outdoors from 12:20-12:55 and then back in the MPR until 1:15pm.
3. Please read the updated rules for lunchroom and playground conduct. The rules are in the Yard Duty Binder in the office. Playground rules are also posted online.

SRVUSD has partnered with Be A Mentor, Inc., to support the registration and screening process of school volunteers. Volunteers will now be able to register on-line through this system, which is hosted by Be A Mentor, Inc. Click here to begin the application process.
