Harvest of the Quarter is a program that began at Montair in 2014. The program was adopted in part from the State wide Harvest of the Month program. California Department of public health adopted this program in 2005.
 
The purpose of Harvest of the Quarter is to increase consumption and preference for seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables, educate our children in the benefits of a healthy diet, and promote an overall healthy lifestyle.
